Competition registration form

• Fill this out, print it, get it signed and bring it to practice before May 26th

• Registration Fee: $10.00 - Pay at practice before the deadline or you will not be able to get your board. (This is your AmJam Reg fee...you DON'T have to pay twice. We are just collecting ahead of time)

Boards will be available on Thursday June 3rd after 2:00 PM

Even if you are not skating the comp, show up and support the team. Wear your Grindz shirt.
